Steven P. Plumb, M.D.
Dr. Steven P. Plumb joined Anesthesia Medical Group of Santa Cruz in 1994 and currently serves as Medical Director of Surgical Services at Dominican Hospital. A graduate of the University of Southern California Medical School, he completed his anesthesia training at the University of California at Irvine. Prior to that he completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at Los Angeles County Hospital and practiced in the ER at Watsonville Community Hospital. He attended Medical School at the University of Southern California and his undergraduate work was completed at the University of California at Santa Cruz.
Dr. Plumb is affiliated with Dominican Hospital, the Santa Cruz Surgery Center and the Central Coast Surgery Center. He is board certified in anesthesiology and renewed his certification in 2010. He is a past president of AMGSC, a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the California Society of Anesthesiologists, the California Medical Association, the American Medical Association and the Santa Cruz Medical Society.
Dr. Plumb is married with two children and enjoys road biking, travel, photography and 49ers football.
